Service Agreement

This Contract Policy outlines the terms under which EnfusionX provides services to clients. By engaging EnfusionX for services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy and any subsequent service agreement.

Scope of Services

Services provided by EnfusionX are as outlined in the signed service agreement or project proposal. Any additional services outside the scope of this agreement will be billed separately and require written approval from both parties.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Standard payment terms are:

• 50% deposit upon project initiation
• 50% upon project delivery
• Monthly retainers due at the beginning of each month
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all project deliverables created by EnfusionX are transferred to the client. Pre-existing materials, frameworks, and tools used in the project remain the property of EnfusionX and may be used in other projects.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes client data, project details, and business strategies.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Limitations of Liability

EnfusionX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
